It depends a bit on the type of licence you have. I would suggest you to apply and to add these documents to your applications so we can have a closer look on the type of licence you have.

Is a cabin crew license expedited by EASA. Practically the full training made and ready to make the adaption course of each company and then fly. I mean, that’s how it works in Spain were I came from, once I got the license I do not have to study full course again neither swimming etc

I understand. In Belgium we do forsee a full course. (Which you do not have to pay for)
