Hello, I wanted to know if having tattoos on the forearms was disqualifying when applying for cabin crew ?

Nice that you want to apply for cabin crew!
Yes it is allowed to have visible tattoos, also on the forearms.
These are the guidelines when wearing an uniform:
If your tattoo could be deemed offensive in any way, it must be covered. Camouflage make-up and/or plasters can be used.
All neck, throat & face tattoos regardless of location and size need to be covered.
