Hi There, Thank you for your interest in careers with TUI.
In our contact centres we operate a shift pattern where we require our colleagues to be flexible in the days and hours they work. We would be unable to guarantee specific time off for studying if you needed to attend college externally to TUI.
In terms of experience, this is not a requirement of the role. We look for individuals who are passionate about the role and understand the importance of delivering high standards of customer service.
