I have been provided a link to view the status of my job application and update my personal details, link doesn't work?

When I attempted to click the link provided I am given an error message 'You are not authorized to access the functionality you have requested. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your administrator' and I was wondering if you could help so I can keep track of my application status. Kind regards, Callum
