What skills do you most value among your colleagues?

Hello,
I value many skills among my colleagues. Above all it’s the clear communication and helpfulness of everyone. I’m able to learn from my colleagues all the time and we have a very good and open feedback culture across all teams that I’ve worked with. This is also a reason why I would not be able to name any “hard skills” as learning is encouraged so with a good attitude my colleagues can improve any skill they might need.
