a few questions regarding to the job Baby Club Host
Additional information
Hey Julia. I just found these different job offers from TUI since I was looking for a job abroad. Now I have a few questions =) 1) I have a Bachelor in Social Work, also five years of childcare experience - my concret question: what´s the salary for the month in that case if I work in the childcare section and how many hours would I work for ? 2) What´s the minimum of month I could work for TUI ? 3) Is there an open job offer in the childcare section starting mid July this year? 4) Are there any extra charges I would have to pay if would apply for a job and start working for TUI ? So I think that´s it for now =) Thanks in advance for answering all my questions. O.

Hey, OP!
I'll happily answer all your questions!
1) Your monthly salary would be 750 EUR/NET without any official qualifications. Keep in mind that TUI provides accommodation, flights, training, visa/work permit, Uniform and Health insurance without charge on top of this. In most of our hotels you would also get to eat all of your meals for free in the hotel you work in. This means you would have no expenses and your salary would basically be pocket money.
Your working hours would be 40-45 hours, like a normal workweek but with 1,5 day off.
2) There is no official minimum as that depends on the needs of the business at the time, but the longer you are available for the bigger your chances are.
3) Typically, all of our childcare positions start around April when our hotels open for the season. We do still accept late starters when we are in need of that, but the same as mentioned above, longer availability is prioritized.
4) No, TUI will pay for everything mentioned above and will also include checked luggage in your airline tickets in the beginning and end of your season. You may be asked to pay for work permits/visas and small costs around this temporarily, but this would all be paid back to you once you claim it back in resort.
I hope this is all clear.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
