If you would like to deal with the customers at the airport, than Airport Rep role maybe something that suits you. Airport Rep during shifts makes sure that all the arriving and departing guests have pleasant and smooth experience on the airport, guide customers to the transfer buses and for example help them in case of flight delay or lost luggage.
