Joining TUI is not always easy, here is speaking someone that from when she started applying until she currently got hired, passed more than 10 month (and 3 applications). Even I have TUI colleagues that got 10 years too. From my current perspective in IT, project managers always try to help the Tech Teams to focused on delivering objectives on time. For that, you need to see (and be curious) about the bigger picture. And be brave. Before looking to other roles, look for the area of TUI where you think you will contribute more. Then, as maybe is time for a growth into your career, a natural progression from the Project Management side will be going deep into the Product as a Product Owner or Product Manager, or to enrich the product being a Business Analyst or going to the Business side.
