Volume Assessment Coordinator
The most valuable thing I learnt from my season with Crystal Ski is that having empathy and giving time to someone has the power to drastically change many situations. I have taken that into my current role as Volume Assessor and apply it to each interview to ensure we are getting the truest picture and possible best from someone.
