How did you get involved in your role?

I started out my role within TUI as a Temp cabin Crew member based in Dublin In Feb 2005 - since then I have secured a PPY (Permanent Part Year) contract allowing me the ability to work each Summer in Dublin, now in the rank of Hybrid Senior Cabin Crew Member. During my career with TUI I have had lots of opportunities to expand my knowledge and experiences which have included 2 winter seasons based in Copenhagen, as well as multiple VIP trips as part of the now retired Explore program which then gave me the skills to apply to be part of the Cabin Crew training team for the last 4+ years. The role of Cabin crew has also benefited me in other external roles as the skills you learn as part of the onboard team are multifaceted and interchangeable with other roles across the business and help instil the TUI values with you through out your career with us.
