With seasonal cabin crew do you get brought bacl the following year or is it just for that one season?

Thanks for your question.

When you first start with TUI as Cabin Crew you will be employed on a temporary seasonal contract, and during your first season you are required to follow our on boarding process which includes a number of reviews during the summer period as well as other KPI's set out by the business.

Should you be successful in your first season in completing the requirements and there is a business need for you to return the following year (Base specific) then you will be invited back as Seasonal Cabin crew again - where you once again must meet the required criteria during that season to be eligible for employment the following Summer.

In some cases Seasonal crew will then be made PPY which confirms your employment status going forward for each Summer season, again this is base specific and based on the business needs.
