Hi Evie, You need to be over 18 years old and have great customer service ethos/customer first mentality. If you have worked abroad previously this helps as working a sea can be tough if you've had no experience of being away from home previously - but it's not a show stopper. Our jobs onboard in the Destination Services team is to ensure guests maximise their time ashore and feel confident as they go off adventuring they have all the information they need. So if you have a great customer service background/experience (with lots of examples you can use to demonstrate this) this would be great.
