The colleagues and the managers for me. it feels like a family when you go to work, and my managers have been super supportive. also, varied flying, short haul and long haul, very good training department.

The job itself comes with challenges. every day is a new day and one of the challenges that springs to mind is to not get complacent. you could fly to the same airport every day but it'll be a different scenario each day. staying on top of weather, fuel, passengers and other situations that may affect the flight.
