Hi there, you can convert you MPL to an ATPL if you have more than 1500 hours and are over 21 years old. This would just be a skills test in the simulator and a paperwork submission to the CAA

If you are a TUI employee then this can be added to a normal simulator assessment so you wouldn't have to source the sim etc yourself
