How do your pilots enact your vision and values on a daily basis?

Our pilots need to go through numerous elements of our assessment stages to join us at TUI. I personally believe that as we are a holiday airline and our customers are at the heart of all we do, we have the best pilots who bring their best self to work. We encourage diversity and inclusion while supporting sustainability while safety is a given.
