Hi Deman, this is exactly why I was writing you. There is simply no response which is very unprofessional for an organisation like TUI. A simple message such as we do have other candidates that fit the position better or whatever other response would be great. TUI advertising their organisation as positive and transparent is not matching the apparent reality here. TUI reaching out to potential candidates looks quite positive but when a que like this arises it is of no use. I sincerely hope you can forward my message to persons responsible for HR in TUI to fix this. For at least my situation, something did not work as it should in TUI’s hiring process.
