Many roles are open to candidates from different backgrounds, and full training is provided before joining the ship to ensure you’re prepared for life at sea and understand all safety and operational procedures.

I should mention that I don’t have direct experience with cruise recruitment myself, but I can confirm that what matters most is having transferable skills such as customer service, adaptability, and teamwork, along with a willingness to learn and work in a unique environment. If you have experience in hospitality, travel, or similar service roles, that will be a great advantage.🙂
