I've always wanted to be a holiday rep, is there provision to offer this role for someone with a 4 year old child?

Hi Alexandra,
That is great you are interested in knowing more about the TUI rep roles we offer.
It is in my opinion an amazing job to do and no day looks like another. You could be meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and/or fixing more complex problems. You will also be assisting any traditional guests with our online products & services. It is a flexible role and your working hours could also look slightly different from day to day.
The role is open for everyone to apply for and having a child would not be a restriction from our side. Working overseas is not a normal 9-17 job and the circumstances might look a little bit different.
At TUI we do recruit for our rep roles both locally in destination and as a posted position.
When you apply for a posted position you are required to stay flexible in regards to the destination you could be placed to work in. As a part of the posted role and package, accommodation is provided by TUI. However it only applies for yourself and you would not be able to have another family member living with you in that accommodation.
For a local position you would need to have the rights to work and live in that specific destination you apply for. If successful throughout the process and offered a job, you would then be placed to work in the destination or area you already applied for. For the local roles you would need to arrange your own accommodation.
We want to be as transparent as possible for your understanding of the role and circumstances in regards to private life and arrangements.
Thank you for getting in contact and hope that is helpful!
