I want to be a holiday rep especially for tui, what qualifications are gonna give me a better chance?

The biggest goal for our reps is to create smiles for our guests in destination and make an unforgettable holiday experience. Also there are different roles within the rep role so it always depends what is more suitable for you. Hi, thank you for your message. The most important for the interview is to be yourself and try not to be too nervous. There will be a welcome lounge where the assessors will introduce themselves and also a bit of the job. After you will move to the 1 to 1 room with the assessor and you will have to role plays. One of them is a service role play and the other one is a sales role play. Prepare some examples for each one.
