Hi, thank you for your question.
for a travel agent role its always beneficial to have a tourism education or experience in tourism. You should be very customer orientated and you should have good selling skills. You should be organised and work independently. Its also advantageous to know the booking systems like Amadeus etc. And of course its most important to be interested in toursim and have fun to work in a team and with
customers :-)
