Do you have any tips to prepare for tui interviews? What kind of things do you look for in the employee?

Hi, I would say to have some examples of things you have done in the past jobs, what have you done, how you have worked outcomes of different situations. A lot of the interview questions are about examples of when you have dealt with or been in a situation. When I have been in internal interviews myself I have had a notepad and had my examples to refer back to so I can give clear information and I have it all to hand. Hope that helps!

I agree with Toni and would add that it helps if you really put yourself into the position of working there. What would you to fulfill the job successfully? What are your strenghts? How would you solve certain challenges coming up during your daily life at work and so on...

What would you say makes your aircraft fleet stand out from other companies?

For me, I think it's the fact that we are one truly global Airline team. We have fleet in the UK, Nordics, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany. We're also one of the most carbon-efficient fleets.
