Hi Jessica,
Firstly, good luck! If the question asks about 'a time when' or to 'give an example', make sure you give an actual example, and discuss what you did, not what others did.
For example ('scuse the pun):
Q: Tell us about a time when you worked as a team to deliver a project?
A: When I was at university we worked on a project that required us to... Working collaboratively I did... Some of the challenges that I faced were... To overcome these challenges I... What I learned from this experience was...
Sometimes we miss what we learned from an experience and reflection is so important. Also not being afraid of talking about when things didn't go 'quite right' shows good leadership qualities. It goes without saying, be yourself, interviews aren't just about describing your experience in more detail, we also want to see your personality!
