Hello,
Thank you for the question, I will try to explain my view on the key transitions in my new role at TUI.
One of the difficult transitions was changing my mindset from being a developer to being a leading role for a team. I was a full time developer, so this consisted of developing, having meetings, brainstorming for solutions on problems. As lead, I don't develop anymore, and instead of thinking about technical solutions, it's now guiding the team and helping the team members themselves to come with solutions and ideas.
Another transition is the responsibility. As developer I was only responsible about the code, the delivery and the things I did myself. Now I'm responsible not only for the delivery, but for each developer and person in a team. There are the role responsibilities on technical level like delivery, code quality, improvements on code. But as lead you are also responsible that team members are feeling good in a team, that they can grow and feel safe.
Another transition is the difference in meetings. It's a big difference in kind of meetings. As developer the meetings where very technical and code based, while as lead the meetings are about delivery and we need to be aware that not everyone in the meetings are people with a technical background. So the way I explain things need to be changed in a way non technical people also understand what I'm talking about.

Hi,
I will answer this after assuming that the question relates to my transition experience when I joined.
Firstly, the people were very welcoming and I never felt the typical first-day feeling.
The seniors and team members made me very comfortable and gave me the much needed personal space to settle in. Often I was asked if I needed anything.
In addition to job-related transition, TUI being a holiday company, I experienced a strong emphasis on personal well-being as well as taking time to have some fun at work.
This overall experience has helped me offer a pleasant transition experience to every new member joining my team.
I hope this helps.
Thanks
Ananth
