Hello, that’s a great question!
TUI is quite a large business and in my role, I often need to liaise with multiple stakeholders from around the business. Personally, I find the most challenging part of my role is ensuring I know the right people and maintaining the relationships I build throughout the business. Though this is a challenge, I think it’s a nice challenge to have. Maintaining these relationships is the key to getting to know the business better.
