Please describe the most enjoyable aspects of your day-to-day role?

Hi!
As an Entertainment Teamleader I enjoy always being on the go and doing active things throughout the day. I like being on stage and showing off my crazy side. I also love seeing my team develop and improve throughout the season and knowing that I have helped them achieved this brings me joy.

As a recruitment executive I enjoy working in the comfort of my own home, but my main motivation is knowing I can affect who is going out to resort. I can see who would be doing it well and who would enjoy it just as much as I do. By the end of the day, I'm choosing what kind of people I would have in my team for future seasons.
