As a new starter, your responsibilities will build up overt time. When I first started I did a lot of shadowing and online training to feel ready to confidently speak to customers, I felt ready fairly quickly but this varies between people. You're expected to be honest, with things you don't understand, with things you need more help with. The support is there when you ask and there's so much help available on our team pages! As a new started you also don't have targets instantly, so I'd suggest being yourself, becoming confident in the role and learn as you go. Everything else will follow.
