Ilias K.
Service Delivery Team Leader
That is a very nice and I dare say a difficult question. Ski holidays consist of a very demanding market of guests. Therefore we need to make sure we are ready as a team to deliver great service to our guests but also be there to resolve any issues that would most probably arise. Consequently, my expectations for my role was to get as much as training done as possible to be ready for my team, when they would need help and guidance. I knew it wouldn't be an easy season since we are now back to a post pandemic season where people haven't been on a ski holiday for at least 2 years. Also I expected a very challenging season, as it proved out to be. Training, learning and adapting to the place, situation etc. were also part of my expectations during the first month in order to be ready for our first arrivals and the rest of the season. After all, being ready and proactive is key to making sure our guests are provided of great service and enjoy their time with us.
