Hi, Thanks for your question. The answer depends on the role you are looking for. Some roles are very niche and come with a strict duration while others are flexible. However, we believe that three months is a very short period for anyone to really create real value for us hence I tend to say a minimum of six months is a starting point. I hope this helps.
