At the moment 2-3 months won't be possible I'm afraid. As a business we strive to deliver best possible service to our guests. Not only do we actively strive for this out in destination but it also requires training our staff before and during the season which takes time and resources. Which is why we need you to be available for as long as possible to fulfill the needs of the business. All though there is no official minimum, I'd say the longer you are available the better are your chances.
