Digital Marketing Analytics Manager
TUI have helped me to develop both technical skills (such as Advanced Excel, SQL and data visualisation) in addition to more "softer" skills (such as presentational and emotional intelligence). There is a strong learning culture with opportunities for plenty of different courses or skills across multiple platforms - if there's something you want to learn, there's usually an opportunity to do so!
