Hi there,
Thank you for your question!
For any and all of our roles their are some soft skills that is really beneficial to have and what we are looking for when we hire.
Such as good time management, confidence and good communication skills. These are things that you can demonstrate during your interview and of course throughout your professional journey with us.
For many of our roles we also value creativity and flexibility.
The most important thing for us is for you to be yourself. Show us your ambitions and what makes you motivated. You don't need to know everything, or have it all figured out, the important thing is to do your best. This will shine through to the people around you and ultimately you will be able to achieve whatever you want.
Hope this helps!
