Depending on the job role, the skills you learn differ a bit. I have tried out many different departments within the company in order to gain as much knowledge as possible. Therefore, my willingness to learn is a skill that I have been eager to develop even more.
Resilience is another key skill that is very important. Not all guests are always happy, and it is up to you to stay calm and professional at all times in order to deliver excellent service.
Last but not least, and probably the most important one, is the skill of working in a team. Teamwork is the foundation of the job we do, and without each other working together, it would be very hard for us to be a world-leading travel company.
