Looking back at my years at TUI I would say that I am most proud of how I have handled and embraced change. We are living in a world of constant change that effects us as a humans and as a company. But we also have had a lot of change internally and with moving between platforms, integrating markets etc and it can be though at times however I am a person who enjoys change. It can bring people together and it challenges us to think about things and do things in a different way.
