Great question. Let's first define 'success' :) In my role, that is defined as an expert role, of course delivering insights, projects & new ideas is part of the success. In a big company as TUI, you can't have success if you do not work together with others. So I guess success is a combo of: self awareness of your skills & talent, networking with relevant stakeholders and working hard :)
