Working in the Italian Alps means that you get to enjoy amazing views every morning you go to work! Also, the people here are amazing. You get to ski with colleagues, friends & guests and have a great time on the slopes. Additionally, since we work for a well known tour operator, we are the face of the company at the ski resort. Therefore a lot of people around the ski resort will want to get to know us and we want these relationships to be in a very good level as most of the locals probably own places that our customers will go to such as souvenir shops, bars, restaurants etc. All of the above will help us enhance our guests' holiday experience and eventually reflect on our scores. I believe that all of the above including the small details that you need to pay special attention to make it unique for our job role in a Ski Resort and our everyday life as well as for the next winter season!
