Hello and thanks for your question!
The best thing that happened this week was some really nice comments I received from a family in my hotel. They came and found me before they leave, and they thanked me for everything I did for them. They told me that they had a fantastic time to all the excursions that they booked and the service from Tui overall was great!
It is a very nice feeling when my guests give me positive feedback and of course it gives me more motivation!
