How have you found working at TUI before and after COVID. Have there been many changes to day-to-day life?

I think it depends where you work. In my role I work with many people overseas so do a lot of working from home or I visit Italy and the Milan office more. I have a lot more video calls now rather than face to face meetings. The office isn't as busy as it used to be pre covid but it is getting more of a buzz on the days when lots of people in.

Best thing for me is the working from home so now I can be a Global recruiter for TUI where before I was UK only

My main question for TUI in Germany. I have seen some interesting position the area of my expertise : Operational excellence, Training, Quality, CX. However, the advertisement is in German language. My level of German is intermediate. Could I still applying? I can definitely understand most of context but in a professional setting, I feel more comfortable in English.

I joined TUI after Covid and I work 100% remotely. This suits me well as I don´t miss commuting to an office ha ha

Hi, I think for me, life after COVID has actually meant more opportunities. Like Gemma said, we're now able to support global colleagues rather than just local teams. I love being able to talk to colleagues across the world and find out more about them and the places that they live - especially what the weather is like!
