Service Delivery Team Manager
Especially after the pandemic, people are really looking going back on holiday, expecting nothing has changed since the last time they were away. This is the biggest opportunity, I believe, our department is facing right now. We have to offer the same service we would before COVID-19, so everyone will enjoy their time without having to worry about potential issues like operational disruptions due to the virus etc.
