My first year with TUI was an amazing experience. During the first week we had our training where you have the opportunity to learn about your job! How to provide the best possible service to our guests, sales training, digital training and everything you would need to know before you go live. In the beginning, I needed some time to understand my new job and all the challenges that come with it but I was surrounded from a great team. My manager and my colleagues where always there for me when I needed something or when I had to deal with a totally new situation for me. So after the first few days I became much more confident with my job. I really enjoyed spending time with my guests, make sure they are enjoying their holidays, giving them information about the resort and about all the beautiful places they could visit on the island. Like every job some days were more challenging but what I really appreciated working for TUI is that I was part of a team so when if i felt that I needed help I could always give a call to my colleagues or my manager. What I really loved is that I was working in such a beautiful environment. Imagine finishing your morning shift and then going to the beach, enjoying the sun, swimming and having a great time with your friends. Last but not least, my first year with the company gave me the opportunity to discover a very beautiful Greek island like Zakynthos, create great memories and of course meet some amazing people that we are still very good friends!
