There has always been a choice in my role. This means that I'm able to choose when I work from home and when I work from the office. I'm not a lover of driving so the daily commute is not something I wish to do all the time. Therefore, I usually visit the office a few times a month when I need to collaborate with colleagues or meet someone in person. I have so much flexibility which enables me to have a great work life balance.
