Additional information

What happens if you would really like to work for TUI however for example you live in wales and the nearest TUI officce is in Luton, and traveiling there would be hard as you have college on certain days of the week. Would work from home be an option or would you have to find a way to communte to the nearesst TUI offices to work? Sorry for the fairly long winded question

We are used to work in global teams, so that isn't an issue. It might be the case that you join on of the TUI locations from time to time to meet people face to face, but besides that it totally fine. Also to mention that we have the option to also work while travelling for some weeks.

On the flipside, is there flexibility to work from any EU country from time to time for a short period of time at all?

So working from is an option but you have to travel to an TUI office from time to time to meet up with fellow memebers of your team etc etc?

We usually do team events from time to time where we ask all team members to travel to the office and join. For my team its an annual workshop (3 days) where we work on team alignment, ways of working, product vision and of course: team building games like laser tag and nice team dinners. This can be different and really depends on the team you would be working with and can be clarified in the interviewing process
