Hello Lucy and thanks for your question!
Every season we are asked which destination we would like to choose for next winter and summer season. You can choose more that one destinations and then your manager would need to approve your choices. It is never guaranteed that we are going to have our first choice but if there is an available place in the destination you choose you have really good chances to go and work in the place that you want!
