BLUE Guides are working within our flagship brand called TUI BLUE. Here, the BLUE Guides are the ones delivering excellent service to our guests to make sure that everyone is having a fantastic time whilst on holiday with us. They will be there for guests arriving/departing, hosting service hours either at the service desk or around the pool, helping our guests who prefer to contact us digitally, and much much more. The BLUE Guides will also take part in concept-related activities where the whole TUI BLUE team will entertain and make sure that all guests are having a brilliant time. The BLUE Guides are normally based in one TUI BLUE hotel.
The job role of Hotel Rep is similar to the BLUE Guide role. However, it does not include any of the concept-related activities. A Hotel Rep could either be based in one or two big hotels where we have many in house guests. A Hotel Rep could also be assigned to many smaller hotels where we might not offer service on a daily basis, but a few times a week.
