Thanks for your question.
We are a 24/7 airline, so we fly everyday (or night).
You can have days off during the week(end) but unfortunately we can not have every week the same day off.
For certain events (private / religious or other reasons that do not have to be specified) you can do a request to be at home. Scheduling looks into these requests and grants or refuses it keeping operational needs into account.
