Hi, Megan! Thank you for your question! You would not switch locations every month. You would be placed in one resort for the entirety of your contract. However, you would be on a flexible contract, which means you can be moved during a season in case of the business needs changing. But this is nothing you should count on. Being in one resort for a whole season gives you the opportunity to get to know the area, the hotel and the people properly and that will lead you to deliver higher service to our guests. I hope this helps!

Hi Erica, Thank you so much for your reply. As a swimming instructor would you get the oppourtunity to select your location or is it given to you?? Also if me and a friend weere to apply for the same role, is there any chance we would be allocated to the same place??

Hello again, For your first season with us we will place you where the business needs you as there are many things to take into account when placing, such as language skills, availability and visas. However, should you work a second or more seasons with us you get to wish where you want to go for upcoming seasons. This opportunity would be communicated to you internally during the season. Many of our hotels only have 1 swim coach position but we may have multiple hotels in the same city/country. If you are both successful candidates, you can always mention in the interview that you want to be placed in the same area as your friend, but it is nothing we can guarantee. Let me know if you have any more questions!
