I don't work in the German head office but I work with a lot of people outside of the UK and everyone seems to speak English very well.

Thanks Toni!, I am asking because there are some interesting roles in Germany but sometimes they are posted in German. My level of German is intermediate just wondering if I still can apply.

I think it depends on the department and the area you work for. English is a common language, for example: the marketing director in my department is from the Netherlands leading a German Team in Hannover.
