Pilot Cadet Programme - Any salary during training?

Hi there! I hope you are having a good week! I'm reading into the Pilot Cadet Programme and I understand that once you have completed the programme, you will be on a salary of £32,867 (post deductions). Is there a smaller basic salary whilst you are doing the training from home / at the training facility? Thanks for your time! Kind Regards Kingsley
