Is it possible to be a cabin crew member at 17 years old?
Additional information
Hello. December 7th I turn 17. I am very passionate about the aviation world and love to travel. I wondered if it is possible to be a student as a cabin crew. 17 years may sound young, but I already have a lot of experience with flying and I am convinced that even as a 17-year-old it would be possible to be part of the cabin crew. Getting people safely to their destination. I don't have a driver's license yet, but I'm convinced I could be anywhere on time. Thanks for answering Matis Soete [email protected] PS: my dream would come true if this should be possible.

Hello Matis,
Unfortunately it is not possible to work in the aviation industry as a minor. You need to have the minimum age of 19 years old to start as a cabin crew member. So I really hope to see you over two years when you turned 19. Apart of that you have to be able to be at the airport within an hour (in case you have a standby shift) so if youre able to do so by public transport you don't need to have your driver's license. Hope to welcome you onboard once you're 19 years old.
Kind regards,
Leon.

Hello , I have just been offered the position of a TUI kids club rep in Marmaris April 2024 -October 2024.
I am twenty three years old and I have always been interested in travelling and working so no this is my chance.
With regards to progressing with TUI , what are the chances of progress to a higher role after experiencing a kids club host position?
For example , cabin crew or cruise work&
Thanks,
C
