Would you consider TUI to be a youth work environment?
Additional information
I would like to be cabin crew, but I'm afraid that starting at 18 is too early both in terms of the severity of the work and in terms of the age difference with colleagues. What do you think?

Hey Maddalena, thank you for your question! We encourage those of all ages - so long as they meet our 18 and over requirement - to apply to join our team. We are really lucky here at TUI to have a super diverse workforce.

Hi Magdalena, I guess every case is a single case. Here someone, with 31 years right now, that joined TUI 10 months ago to the IT Domain, maybe the second/third more younger on a team of 26 people, really far away from applying to be a cabin crew role but... what I could tell you about my last 10 months in TUI is that TUI wish to attract young people for sure, a proof of its only looking to social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp...) and see how they interact with the world... and our logo!... Our logo says everything: a smile without any barrier that goes with our slogan: Live Happy! (simple and easy, eh?)
If you have passion and you really want to join TUI, TUI is going to welcome you for sure. 80% is attitude, without forgetting that our objective is the customer satisfaction.
