Hi Lisa,
I joined Tui three months ago...I have it still very fresh on my mind! The team was supper friendly, I went through three rounds of interviews. It took around 1.5 months in total

Hi Lisa, thanks for your question! We really want you to feel that you can be yourself throughout the whole interview process, and for you to get an insight into life at TUI by speaking to keep team members. We like to keep our interviews friendly and encourage open, two-way conversation :)

Thank you, Paula and Laura. Is it always three rounds of interviews?

The interview stages will vary between different roles, Lisa. That could usually mean between one and three interviews.

I guess it will depend on the role...I was applying for a Project Management role. Maybe one of my colleagues can confirm if this is a standard process

I had a technical "homework" task to complete, using a tech stack which is adopted by my team. Some of the parts of that stack were new to me, so part of the interview was to see how quick I pick up new technologies.

Exactly like Anastasiia said, there may also be a technical challenge or something similar as part of the process too. The recruiter will explain this to you at the start of the process so you know what to expect in advance.

Within my area I would said as a general process there are 2 interviews and then as Anastasia mention a technical test to be cover according to the position you are applying for. After submitting the tech test if we consider is needed we call our candidates to have a chat about the solutions provided within the tech tests.

Hello Insiders. Part of my recruitment process involves a virtual group interview. It can be difficult for more introverted people to stand out during this stage; have you got any tips for this please?

Ooh great question Scott! Interviews are naturally challenging but even more so for introverted people. However the focus should be given to the quality of meaningful answers and not who speaks the loudest. There are some great interview techniques available online these days which can be super helpful in help you prepare. One top tip I can think of is for candidates to learn about the organisation and try to understand what qualities it is that the interviewers are looking for.
